You’ll tell me what your day looks like, your baby’s nights, routines, your struggles, so that this experience can be YOURS – no Google cookie-cutter approach for you, mama.
Private 60 Minute Consultation – We’ll meet (virtually, of course) and I’ll go over the 3 main areas of sleep – Bedtime, Nap time, and Nutrition. You’ll leave feeling confident and ready to tackle these new sleep changes & I’ll be there to answer any questions you have.
Sleep Docs – You’ll get 3 sleep documents from me via email after our session is done. The first being a doc on why sleep is important. Second – a personalized cheat sheet for you to refer to from our consultation together. Third – my prized “awake time” sleep log. Bailey gave us the tools to give us our life and arms back!
