If you're looking for a video bashing the use of screen-time, you won't find it here.
I LOVE SCREEN-TIME! It's a fantastic tool for parents to use.
Screens emit a white/blue light which can be counter-productive to our natural melatonin production. So it would be ideal to have at least a 1-hour buffer in between watching a screen, and bedtime.
This is why I always recommend a power-down hour to my clients!
