“Bailey saved my sanity. As much as I loved all of the baby snuggles, contact naps and short crib naps made it impossible to get anything done during the day or have actual “me” time. Liam also being dependent on us and sleep props to fall asleep made it so me and Brandon had 0 alone time in the day or evenings. Liam then all of a sudden was only doing 10-30 min naps in his crib which was a nightmare. A few words about the tears…

Children and adults tend to be very protective of their sleep environment. We all like things to be the same every night and we don’t like any surprises, so making a big change to anyone’s current sleep habits will definitely be met with some protest. The same will be true for your baby, so I suspect that there will be some protest on their part. Remember this is very short term, with huge rewards for everyone in your family at the end of this journey. The key to helping them through it and minimize any upset, is to hold firm to boundaries and remain consistent 100% of the time.

If you’re looking for a no-cry sleep solution, then my Baby Sleep Packages are not for you. I also don’t practice a CIO (cry it out - or extinction) based method, but some general protest is to be expected. Crying is a way for your little one to express big emotions. Those big emotions don't need to be stopped or "shushed." It's okay for your baby to have big feelings about things like change to their whole bedtime routine.

I’m a mother of 3 little kids, a wife to my husband Nathan, and a well-rested sleep consultant. It wasn’t always like this though. I remember searching Google endlessly for answers to get my oldest sleeping. Nothing made sense. I finally reached out to a sleep consultant and it changed my life.

I became a sleep consultant because I wanted to share the gift of sleep with other families.

What exactly is it that I do? I work with exhausted parents and help them get their children sleeping well, and through the night. I also provide TONS of follow-up support so you’re never left feeling unsupported, confused, or frustrated.
