Are your Google searches for “Baby Not Sleeping” coming up empty? It seems like maybe you’ve tried everything and your baby is simply the one who cannot sleep.

Are the moms on Facebook the only ones that you can related with…being so utterly exhausted together.

Is sleep deprivation really what motherhood is all about? People warned you about this, but you didn’t put too much thought into it until now.

It doesn’t have to be like this

  • Bedtime finally feels manageable since your baby is finally going to sleep at 7pm…bliss.

  • You have every evening to yourself, knowing your baby easily goes to sleep every night.

  • You’re not the one stuck doing bedtime since your baby will go to sleep with your partner putting them down now.

  • You have a step-by-step routine on how to get your baby to fall asleep for nighttime and for naps.

  • You feel confident in your child - knowing how predictable they’ve become.

  • Your baby falls asleep within 15 minutes - I love that for you.

What to expect inside the sleep course…

  • Setting goals is essential. Our 2 main goals (in this 2 week process) are to get your baby sleeping 11-12 hours through the night and to also get them to take great daytime naps.

  • Wake windows, ideal schedules, nap times, and more. We will cover all of that when discussing the daily schedule. You’ll have an ‘ideal’ schedule to follow to help guide your day along.

  • Setting up the sleep environment is a crucial aspect of sleep training. You want to make sure that your baby is in a sleep-promoting environment. Learn everything you need to know about setting up the nursery to promote good, healthy, safe sleep.

  • 11-12 hours of consolidated sleep takes some work! But I’m going to teach you exactly how to get your baby to fall asleep independently (on their own!) without needing you to assist them back to sleep. Gone are the days of waking 3+ times a night to soothe a sad baby.

Night wakings will also be covered in depth to ensure all of our bases are covered.

  • Sometimes a 24-hour period can feel like it’s dragging out so long… so when does night end and morning actually begin? Learn about implementing schedules that suit your family! Figure out your ideal morning start time, and definitely find out what not to do first thing in the morning.

  • Learn what to expect during nap-time…how to handle short naps, and even no naps at all. Nap transitions are also covered - since I know your baby will be dropping down to 1-nap a day soon enough.

Learn all about wake times and how to build sleep pressure to ensure the best possible nap.

I’m a mother to 3 (boy, girl, girl) and a well-rested sleep consultant. I love spending my evenings hanging out with my husband, Nathan, or catching up on my Crime Junkie Podcasts. I know that when the kids sleep well, the whole family sleeps well.

That’s why I’ve developed this affordable sleep course. I know that not everyone needs oodles of follow-up support, so I wanted options.

Many parents think that their child’s sleep challenges are unsolvable and that their child will be the one that doesn’t respond to sleep training. I’m here to tell you that my sleep training methods WORK and I can help you get your baby to sleep through the night AND take great naps. Your baby is ready for this and so are you!

A few words about the tears…

Children and adults tend to be very protective of their sleep environment. We all like things to be the same every night and we don’t like any surprises, so making a big change to anyone’s current sleep habits will definitely be met with some protest. The same will be true for your baby, so I suspect that there will be some protest on their part. Remember this is very short term, with huge rewards for everyone in your family at the end of this journey. The key to helping them through it and minimize any upset, is to hold firm to boundaries and remain consistent 100% of the time.

If you’re looking for a no-cry sleep solution, then my Baby Sleep Course is not for you. I also don’t practice a CIO (cry it out - or extinction) based method, but some general protest is to be expected. Crying is a way for your little one to express big emotions. Those big emotions don't need to be stopped or "shushed." It's okay for your baby to have big feelings about things like change to their whole bedtime routine.

“It was amazing the difference we felt after getting our little boy on track with his sleep. I only wish I had sought her help sooner.”

— Laura

Don’t wait for things to get better over time… regressions happen, developmental milestones happen, but sleep can happen simultaneously! Infant sleep problems can persist on and last far into teen and adulthood. Give your child the GIFT of sleep - by teaching them to sleep through the night.
