Preliminary Questionnaire - This questionnaire gives me an inside view on everything that’s going on in your sleep-world right now. The ins and outs of YOU. I will ask questions about your attitude towards your sleep, I will have you fill out a food and beverage log, and I will also ask about any routines that are currently taking place.

Customized Sleep Plan & Plan of Action - This sleep plan is entirely specific to your individual situation and your needs.

60 Minute Sleep Consultation - This consultation, virtual (of course), will give me time to explain your entire sleep plan to you and to offer some extra suggestions and supplemental activities to add into your daily regime. You won’t be walking through the dark alone on this one - I’ve got your back.

4 Weeks of Follow-Up Support - Mastering our sleep is a process. One that we don’t want to rush into. Because of this, we will be talking weekly on the phone to chat about the successes we saw that week, and I will add in any extra suggestions for the weeks to come. On our final call, I will give you some “moving forward” information so that your sleep journey can remain a success.
