Sleep Coaching - Premium Support

  • This questionnaire outlines everything I need to know about your child and your family. What sleep methods have you already tried? What is your current schedule like? This gives me a great overall picture of what’s happening so that I can make appropriate changes that don’t disturb your current routines too much.

  • After reviewing your questionnaire, I will then create a personalized sleep plan and daytime plan that is tailored specifically to your family. This sleep plan will be a gold-mine of information. You’ll learn SO much as you go through it.

  • We are going to set aside some time to meet virtually to go over your new sleep plan. Even though it’s a gold-mine of information, I don’t want you to have to go through it alone. This will also give you the opportunity to ask me every question you have, and if there is anything within the sleep plan that doesn’t feel like it aligns with your parenting style, we’ll chat about it.

  • With babies and children, things change fast — so I’m going to ask that you keep a sleep log (I’ll provide this to you) so that we can both track your child’s sleep. This will help show if there are any patterns developing or if there need to be any changes or alterations to the daily schedule.

  • Safe sleep is my motto, so together, we are going to make sure that your child’s sleep environment is following safe sleep practices.

  • Night 1 can feel overwhelming as you try to navigate your new normal. Have access to Bailey from 6-10pm your local time with a fast response time. Feel SO supported as you start this sleep training journey.

  • As you go through your sleep training journey, questions will arise. You’ll have access to me through daily messaging (for 4 weeks!) to ask any questions that come up, voice any concerns, or just to celebrate some huge wins!

  • Phone call support is the best. Together, we can problem-solve numerous things that come up and also discuss next steps and new sleep goals. These calls (2) will be invaluable to you.

  • Aside from our 2 scheduled support calls, we will have a wrap-up call together. During this call, we will talk about how to keep sleep on track during travel, illness, teething, time-change, early morning wakings, nap transitions, and more. You’ll also get an emailed copy of my Goodbye Guide that includes all of this valuable information for quick reference.

  • I know that things come up and change & I don’t want you feeling left in the dark. You’ll have 5 email questions to use within 12 months of finishing our time together.

What’s Included in my Premium Sleep Package?

This package is best suited for first-time parents who want a lot of support during our time together or second-time parents who have little-to-no experience with the sleep training world. You'll leave feeling confident with the changes we've made, aligning them with your own parenting style. This package also include 5 email questions after our wrap-up call. These email questions will be invaluable to you as your child goes through nap transitions, has growth spurts, or goes through significant milestones that can have an impact on sleep. I’m a mother of 3 little kids, a wife to my husband Nathan, and a well-rested sleep consultant. It wasn’t always like this though. I remember searching Google endlessly for answers to get my oldest sleeping. Nothing made sense. I finally reached out to a sleep consultant and it changed my life.

I became a sleep consultant because I wanted to share the gift of sleep with other families.

What exactly is it that I do? I work with exhausted parents and help them get their children sleeping well, and through the night. I also provide TONS of follow-up support so you’re never left feeling unsupported, confused, or frustrated.
