Terms and Conditions Contract

  • I agree to follow safe sleeping practices in line with SIDS recommendations.

  • I agree to check with my GP if my baby has any medical conditions which prevent them from being sleep trained safely.

  • I agree to disclose any medical condition to the baby sleep consultant which my baby has.

  • I agree with the information surrounding my baby to be used in case studies, please note that no identifying information will be used and all names will be changed.

  • I understand that my sleep plan is meant for my baby/child and I only and should not be shared with a third party

  • Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting is not a lactation consultant and does not offer lactation advice. Please reach out to your local lactation support centre with breastfeeding and supply questions.

  • Any changes you make to your babies sleeping or eating arrangements are your decision and we at Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting only make suggestions for change, of which you are responsible for choosing to implement.

  • Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting does not work on Saturdays, Sundays or mandated public holidays.  Any correspondence or phone calls received on a weekend or Alberta mandated public holiday will be answered on the following Monday or the next workday.  

  • It is the clients' responsibility to schedule all calls related to support.  These will take place at a mutually agreed time.

  • Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting will supply you with a sleep log, which is to be filled in daily.  This log is used to track changes in your baby/child's sleep habits and patterns that might arise.  Without the completed log, it might not be possible for Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting to provide you with accurate instruction.

  • If Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting does not hear from you for a period of time, or if you miss a pre-arranged call, Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting will assume that all is going well and no support is required.

Reliance on any information provided by Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting is solely at your own risk.

  • Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding consulting services provided. Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting liability (if any) is limited to the consulting fee paid by you to Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting, and in no event will Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting be liable to you for any other claim, losses or damages.

  • Whilst Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting endeavours to help you get your child sleeping through the night and napping well (where applicable), we cannot guarantee that the customized sleep solution will work for all children. The level of success for your child to be sleeping successfully is significantly enhanced by following the recommending sleep solutions constructed for your child by Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting. Not following the plan, or only selecting components of the plan, will reduce the likelihood that your child will be successfully sleeping. Similarly, in a family environment, it is crucial that all family members involved with your child’s sleeping plan follow the plan (mom, dad, grandparents, helpers and/or nannies).


Refund Policy:

Sleep training is not the right decision for every family, so refunds will be granted within 30 days of purchase ONLY if client has downloaded the sleep plan, watched all videos, and filled in a detailed sleep log for 14-days. Client is also required to reach out via email (bailey@midnightmamasleepconsulting.com) to discuss refund.

Absolutely no sleep consultants or other sleep companies may purchase this course. If purchased, access will be revoked and no refund will be given.
